About Our Returns Policies
We offer returns for items within 15 days of receipt of shipment.
Ahlan.Digital Return Policy
Items shipped from Ahlan.digital can be returned within 15 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Items that were received damaged, defective, used, missing parts or not as described could be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.
After the courier has received your item, it can take up to one week for us to receive and process your return. It may take up to two weeks. After the return is processed it may take 5 to 7 business days for the refund to show on your payment card statement.
* Free Returns only apply to Fulfilled by Ahlan.digital product(s).
* To be eligible for Free Returns, items returned must be in new and unworn condition in the original packaging for a full refund in accordance with our returns policy.
* All product packaging and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the product.
* Any product(s) returned without original documentation will be rejected.
* Any product(s) that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will be refunded partially.
* If you selected self-ship shipping option, eligible product(s) must be returned using a trackable shipping method.
* Ahlan.Digital will process your return and issue a full refund with no deduction for shipping after receiving your return of the eligible product(s).
* If you return product(s) that are ineligible for free returns with product(s) that are eligible for free returns, Ahlan.digital may deduct the shipping costs for the ineligible products(s) from your refund amount in accordance with Ahlan.digital's general returns policy. In addition, some special product, order, or handling fees may still apply.
Digital Products
* software downloads or subscriptions purchased from the Ahlan.digital Store are not returnable after purchase.
